All products in our Online Shop are branded Molino Zanone , an important production plant based in the municipality of Lisio, in the province of Cuneo, in the heart of Mongia Valley.

A company with over 40 years of history : it is in fact since 1978 that the Zazone family has specialized in processing and transformation of the chestnuts and subsequently in that of chickpeas , which have become the core business of the activity, to the point of becoming Italian landmark of this sector.

With a production plant in an area of over 18,000 m² of land owned , of which 5000 m² currently covered, Molino Zanone has a daily production capacity of:

8,000 – 10,000 kg of chestnut flour

10,000 – 15,000 kg of chickpea flour

4,000 – 5,000 kg of chestnuts (dried, rehydrated, soft steamed)


Collection, storage, drying, quality control, grinding, calibration and final packaging: Molino Zanone follows with care and attention every stage of processing , from harvesting to transformation into a finished product.
